Well over the weekend my family and I went to my cousin’s
graduation. He was graduating from Chinle
High School. This year we have three out of our family members graduating. The
three of us were all at my cousin’s graduation so we took a picture together.
My cousin Thurman Brown was the first one to graduate. We
never really see each other so it was going to be great to see him once again. I
remember when we were little we would hang out and we grew up together for a
while. When we were little we watched Pokémon, Digimon, and Yu-gi-oh. We had the TV shows toys, cards, and
videogames. We stayed up late for the episodes because the shows were very interesting.
When we went to school in Gallup, NM we had a blast. At recess, we had a group
of girls always chasing us. We never really knew why they chased us, but all we
knew was that we had to run away from them.
My other cousin Carolynn Begay is going to be graduating the
same day as me. So I will not be able to watch her graduate which is really
sad. We do see each other pretty often. We would always see each other almost
every weekend because I used to do rodeos and her brother did too. We both
competed at the same rodeos. Over the weekend she told us that she was going to
be giving a speech and we are going to miss it. We were all sad when we heard
this, but she told me that she will try and watch me graduate. Well we all are
going to be graduating that is all that matures.
